McCormick Dark Chili Powder, 20 oz

I've been using McCormick Dark Chili Powder (7.5 oz) for a while now, and it's honestly a good purchase. I know its recommended you buy the larger pepper flakes and then grind for freshness and taste, but I just don't have the patience for that.For a pre-ground chili powder, the flavor is pretty good and its not too spicy either. It adds just a tiny little heat to all your dishes, so you might need something else if you really want to feel the burn. It’s way more cost-effective than those tiny jars at the store, especially if you cook a lot. Plus, it stays fresh for a long time thanks and I have had no issues with the potency or flavor decreased like with other brands.

Excellent Smokey and robust flavor. This made an excellent batch of chili with a deep satisfying finish.

For the price it's a win. The dark chili powder is rich and warm. Love the dark over the regular chili powder. This is a fantastic deal for the price

I like McCormick spices because when you open the jar, the aroma jumps out at you. I like the 7.5 oz jar because it is a bargain compared to buying 3 of the small ones. I always use McCormick when I make chili or tacos.

Sometimes it’s worth buying the name brand product to get quality you want. This was good value for price and makes the perfect pot of chilli con carne.
