Product was advertised as an eight-piece pullup assistance kit with a speed rope, resistance band and what appeared to be instructional videos. All I received was the pullup band and the jump rope and some mysterious looking velcro item. Definitely not an 8 piece set. I haven't tried out the assistant band yet... extremely inexpensive but very disappointed at the so-called product description
