Great item, the only bad thing is when I plugin the charger doesn't work, no charge. All other pherimetrals work great.

First issue: I'll start with the advertising. Make sure you read the Video Adapter section all the way through. Even though it clearly states that the product is there to extend your screen, it then says that it cannot extend your screen and the end of the same section... seriously? I chalked this up as my fault for not reading the section all the way through but this is some seriously terrible marketing.Second issue: following-up on my first statement, it didn't matter that this device couldn't extend my screen because it didn't work anyway. Nothing on either VGA or HDMI. This may or may not have something to do with my final complaint.Third issue: power port opening is too big. What I mean is that the opening is too large to allow the usb-c power to stay seated in place. It just falls right out. Brand new cables on my end that seat snug in other usb-c ports. When I hold the power cord in place with my hand, windows is kind enough to let me know that my laptop (Dell XPS 13) is "plugged in, but not charging".Final thoughts:I bought this for two features. Dual display and USB-C charging. I can accept some responsibility for the lack of dual display, but the simple fact is that almost nothing about this device works (the USB 3.0 ports on the front DO work). Not even going to try and get a replacement. I'm not dealing with a company who uses such pathetic advertising ploys to trick people into wasting their money.

I bought this primarily so I could share my laptop screen to a larger monitor.The hub works fine for mouse and keyboard but often fails to recognize that a monitor is attached.

Product seems nice and works well but it arrived with the bottom section pushed in so I couldn't use the VGA or Cat5 ports since the openings were blocked by the case., I had to either return it and wait for a replacement or try and fix it myself. Didn't want to wait so I ended up fixing it but the aluminum case bends easy so beware.

A must have for anyone seeking better projection that is clear and on a PC. The cable is a good fit, does not slip out easily, and performs exactly as intended. Overall, a great addition to my laptop bag. One that works very well.

I had to send it back. The USC C connector kept falling out of the port on my Macbook. It was really a loose connection even when not being moved at all and on a desk. The charging sound would kick in and out and I knew it was a poor connection. I sent it back and went with the Dodocool hub and it has been fine. The key difference was the Dodocool lacks the SD card slots.

I can now play video games from my phone correctly onto my tv with no LAG. I use a Bluetooth controller and this adapter con ects to my phone and to the tv.
