I have problem with the slippery shoes/court. can i somehow apply this product to the soles of my shoes? does it work? how good will it be and how lon

It won't work on your shoes. The powder becomes tacky from the heat of your hands and the vigorous rubbing of your hands together.

Does this product leave any residue on the things you touch?

it does not leave any residue. I have been using it for basketball for 30 years. It is heat activated - you must rub your hands vigourously to "set" it.
