This product has many of the herbs that have been recommended for me by my doctor as I sometimes get autoimmune flare ups. I'm excited to get them all in a product that is easy to take. It does not taste like an ice cream sundae but it's good enough to drink twice a day!

I am glad to report that my order arrived in a very timely manner. I was very excited about trying this newly discovered supplement out. For thirty days each morning, I would pour a packet in a bottle of water and shake before drinking. The taste is simple and light. The color is orange from the tumeric extract and would caution others to be careful not to spill the powder or mixture on clothing as it does stain. It felt good to know I was taking something filled with vitamins, minerals, and herbs that were meant specifically to address my autoimmune disease. However, I cannot truly say that I noticed any solid difference in my health. Perhaps I simply needed more than thirty days to see any kind of difference. Maybe the difference was not obvious and was still helping me internally. Whatever the truth is I have decided to not repurchase at least for now. Despite my experience, this supplement may yet be helpful to others. May I just say that I took this supplement in addition to others supplements meant address other health issues.P.S. To be clear, I was not expecting a miracle exactly but a reduction in certain symptoms related to my autoimmune disease. Thank you!
