defective bag...Awesome customer service
First time use on a simple domestic flight, the seam on bottom of bag split open. I purchased this bag because I am retired firefighter and assumed it would be durable. I am replacing a cheap roller bag that I used flying around the U.S. and the world and it lasted 5 years. Very disappointed!Update.. seller has immediately offered to replace bag. WOW! Best customer service I have ever seen. Final update. Seller replaced bag promptly. I must note that maybe I received a defective item...seller is the BEST customer service I have ever seen! I WILL purchase from them in the future.
