I went with this handle based on other reviews, and that it fit the single razor stand I also purchased. This handle is actual chrome and is shiny. The photo looks dull, but it's not. Very nice. Well made. Thank you..

solid construction
solid construction,heavy, which means that one could shave without or with very minimal pressure applied to your hand, and feel this instrument at work, which is great, works w mack 3 razor blades, hangs perfect on my Escali Deluxe Chrome Razor and Brush Stand. i got this product 2 weeks ago, have been using it daily, very happy w a purchase.

Worth the money
The handle is solid, well made, and feels comfortable in the hand when shaving. This is my daily shaver and I am very happy with the purchase.

Nice razor
I got this razor as a back up or my "in a hurry to shave" razor. I normally use a double edge razor. The Boss razor has a nice weight to it and looks nice. It matches my black handle Edwin Jagger DE razor. I did have to assemble the razor together when I got it, but it was simple. Overall the razor seems of good quality. I did have to purchase a Mach 3 blade because it doesn't come with one. The Mach 3 blade fit perfect. This razor would make a nice gift to someone or just to use for yourself. I contemplated on getting the Edwin Jagger Mach 3 razor for over $35, but for the price, this razor is just as good. I think I was looking more for the "Edwin Jagger" name brand. I guess it doesn't matter when you're just using a Gilette razor head.

Quality product.
This is a great handle for those still using the Mach 3 blades. Given it's metal core, it has a good heft compared to the plastic one I've been using for years. I was a little worried about the smoothness of the handle but it's yet to slip and I've yet to drop it. It fits snugly in the stand I received ( Single Razor Stand, Chrome ) as well.

It's okay but...
I like the size and heft and the locking system holds the cartridge securely. The problem I have is the position of the head when installed. It is not comfortable for me - needs to be directed downwards more.

Good value for a solid product.
Ever since my brother-in-law got me more "premium" handle for shaving, I have hated using the light-weight disposable handles. Sadly, that gift finally broke. I purchased this for a replacement and can say that I'm currently happy with the build quality and weight. Definitely worth the price paid--and free shipping with Prime.
