Strap is good, but that's it.
I had been using a regular pillow between my legs at night for lower back and hip pain, and I was tired of having to reposition it every time I moved. So I thought this was a great concept with the strap, which is why I gave it 2 stars, but beyond that it just does nothing. It compresses down to nothing, it's like I have nothing there at all. I wanted to love it but I just don't.

Best leg pillow ever
I always sleep with a leg pillow to alleviate hip pain. This one is special because you can turn over without having to grab it and re-position it. It's the only one I've seen with this attachment so I would definitely recommend it for anyone who needs a leg pillow for any reason.

This is a good and comfortable pillow
This is a good and comfortable pillow. My hope was that it would've been a little bit bigger, and that the memory foam wouldn't compress much as it does. Overall I like the pillow and will continue to use it.
