i have some old couch down pillows. they are my favorite and so comfortable, except... the poky feathers! I saw these and they work well so far. they do have a bit of a plastic sound but nothing that bothers me more than the feathers. they open wide enough to get the pillow in without causing damage.Update..I Had a friend coming in from out of town last minute and needed to wash the pillows. Normally I take the cases off, I did not do that this time. The feathers stayed inside this protector case. If I wash them without it it's all over my washer, all over my dryer, all over the floor.. I love this.

Worked well. They are very soft. Next time though I will invest in better quality feather filled pillows so these aren’t needed.

These are the right size and work perfectly! Very sturdy, not cheap plastic. Worth it!

They are very nice, BUT had I known that my pillow cases would be slipping off all the time I might have not bought them. With that said, they do keep the feather's from my pillows excasping.

These are wonderful for covering feather pillows whose covers have become discolored over the years. They look brand new! These covers are washable and will definite Ladd to the lifespan of my pillows.

Goog if you sweat a lot. We don’t need them.

I bought these to keep the feathers from coming out of my down pillows, they work great for that. I was excited that I had these on my pillows when my son threw up everywhere only to learn they are NOT waterproof

I've been plagued with feathers leaking from my throw pillows. Found these--and they are perfect. No more feathers sticking out of the pillows or loose on the floor. I bought 20" covers for my 18" pillows so I wouldn't have to struggle inserting them. Excellent fabric, good price. Do yourself a favor and buy them.
