We opened Ample Hills Creamery in the spring of 2011, terrified no one would show up and wholly unprepared for when they did. We were novice entrepreneurs and new parents, at the start of a wild and rocky ride, we dedicated ourselves to making ice cream the old fashioned way, slowly, by hand. These fun and funky flavors reflect the creativity of our Employees, the vibrancy and spirit of our community and our own daily pledge to not take life too seriously, or at least ice cream. -Brian and Jackie
