For a neurotypical child this may work. It seems to ask too much of a child - too quickly.

Not what I expected. Not the quality of other Critical Thihking products. Could not use in our school. Didn't meet our standards.

My kindergartner lost interest really fast. Not the best program I've found for teaching phonics and reading.

This is great curriculum if you are looking for something different and not overwhelming. I'm surprised at the bad reviews. I'm a big fan of Critical Thinking Co materials and this one is just as helpful as the other books I've used from them. My kids love it and we all find it helpful. The book is listed as Pre K - 2nd grade but it's more on a K ...maybe 1st grade level depending on your child. To easy for 2nd graders.
