Equine Automatic Flying Insect Control Kit (Case of 1)

It's easy to install and it works.

This automatic fly control unit uses 4 AA batteries and cans of Country Vet or Zepp fly spray. I like to use the Fly and Mosquito spray which costs just a bit more but eliminates more of the pests.We use one of these in each of the horse stalls during the summer only and it helps control the insects in the stall and from biting the horses. We still use regular fly spray for the horses themselves. These units come with a screw to put in the wall and hold up great. Occasionally we have a horse that plays with them and we have to mount in the rafter to get it out of their range of reach.We have used them for years and they keep on running. There is an easy to read LED light on the outside of the unit that flashes red when it is time to change the batteries. Our batteries last 2 seasons so they do not use a lot of batteries. There are two settings for how often the spray occurs so you can set to your liking.Would recommend.

This is the best product for keeping houseflies out of your house. I have these outside of my entry doors and it works perfectly. No better product out there!

Kinda worked?

Growing up, we had something similar in the show barns I worked for. They always kept the flies down to a minimum. As an adult with my own spread, I can tell you flies are a bother. I use 3 of these in my 3 stall barn and have had effective relief from flies inside. Claims to be safe around dairy animals, and has made milking less obnoxious in the summer. Very pleased!

Works great ..we live next door to a large dairy so summer flies are horrible...its a rediculous price...but it works

Goats didn't want to leave the barn the next morning. It seems to have really cleared out the flying insects. Our barn has no wood posts, so I have a bit of trouble getting the thing hung--one hanging hole is behind the spray mechanism and the hole is a bit too small for metal screw heads. Instructions say have 7 feet above ground, but I hung it at 6 so I can turn it off and on easily, but as I said it worked anyway. Since I only use it 1/2 day, I may get 60 days worth instead of 30 out of the enclosed can.The first one I ordered from atozaction was great. I reordered and a different one came from Bay 15. That one is nothing like the photo, the instructions are either incomplete or they were not included. The spray included in the Bay 15 is for moths, not flies and mosquitoes. I am NOT happy with the unauthorized substitution.

I loved the idea and in the beginning thought it was the answer to the fly problem. However, after owning two of these, I've decided the dispenser is only reliable for about 2 cans of spay or one fly season. For me, it was not cost effective.
