it works great for the few minutes it works
Daughter opened for Christmas. The night before we charge the battery overnight so it would be ready to go. Battery doesn’t seem to hold a charge for than 15 minutes and then battery light comes on. When she rides it, it works great for the few minutes it works. Going to try to contact the company

Horrible product. Our boys were so excited to finally have a hoverboard. We followed the instructions for charging and they get on it for 5 minutes before it starts blinking orange again. Very disappointed!

Not worth the price.
I got 2 of these for Christmas; 1 for my 5 year old and 1 for my 8 year old. The first problem I came across was the Bluetooth. It doesn’t give u an option to turn it off. Which runs the battery down faster. The second problem in less then 2 months I was having trouble with the charger. The prongs were binding and not charging correctly. It took 24 hrs constantly checking them to reposition the charging port so they could be played with. Lastly I slowly watched as they got very scratched every time they were played with; Within a few months the one for my 5 year old had been wrecked quit few times and the front (bumper) broke from the light to the wheel cover. Now the broken side doesn’t pull as the other and it goes in circles.

Really impressed
My kids love it I have 4 boys 2,4,6,8 they all fight over it!Had trouble, thought it was broken and emailed the company. They got right back with me. Turns out it just needed to be recalibrated. Works great now and we still occasionally need to recalibrate it. But it’s really easy to do. Amazed it’s still working great 2 months later with it being used all day every day.
