Faulty Product from MGRJ – Replacement Option Missing
Received a cracked Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Microsoft Surface Pro (11th Edition) from the seller MGRJ. Upon attempting to initiate a replacement, it displays “This item is not replaceable.” This is highly disappointing — both the product quality and the after-sales support are unacceptable. Surprisingly, Amazon allows sellers to list and deliver damaged or faulty items without providing a proper resolution or replacement option. I request that you arrange an immediate replacement or provide a full refund and take appropriate action against the seller to prevent such issues in the future.
