Very Convinient!!
The installation guide was straight forward and the adjustable arms allowed it to fit my road bike. I was looking for something long and sturdy that would support my travel bag. Without this rack I would have resorted to cycling with a backpack which, if you do any amount of cycling, you know your back gets really sweaty. Overall the construction is study and the paint finish looks nice. The only thing I would change is the reflector which seemed a bit cheap. There was no easy way to attach my personal rear light, however, there was enough space between the wheel and the bottom of the rack that attaching the light to the seat tube did not impare visibility of the light to oncoming traffic. Overall, very satisfied:)

Horrible Instructions, sturdy product
The product itself seems sturdy so far. The instructions were a set of pictures of the parts included & a "close-up" of how it looked on the bike. That's it. It did say there was a video, but we didn't look at it. Maybe we should have. Judging by the included intructions, I wouhave high hopes fornthe video. One clamp even came assembled wrong which luckily was easily fixed once we realized it. It took way more time than I think it should have to finish. Perhaps it was my daughter & me just being bad at assembling, never having installed a cargo bike rack. It may not be a problem for others. Once on, it feels very secure & stable.

Solid construction. Great value for $
The assembly was easy and the quality of materials is excellent. Self-locking nuts are a nice touch.

Mixed review
My carbon-framed bike doesn't have bosses for mounting a rack, and I wanted something sturdier than just a seat post bracket. This is very adjustable and clamps onto various places without damaging the bike. However, it seemed more designed to package and ship flat than for ease of installation. The instructions just told you to attack part A to part B, for example, with no detail about which goes inboard or outboard. The photos were no help as they were quite small. Even the photos here give you a better idea. The provided tools are a convenience, although they are cheapies and don't make it that easy. The black finish scratches easily and the silver metal shows through. I might expect black fasteners with a black rack, but they're all chrome, or close to it, giving you a polka dot effect. Not easy to mount with little help from instructions, but okay for the price.

Excellent item for self-installation
Nothing to dislike - I bought this to use with my Arkel pannier backpack and it's perfect. I installed it on my mountain bike and the only difference in the actual vs instructions is that I could not use the pads on the seat tube as it was larger than expected and the pads made it too wide to connect and still feel like it was solid. Pads worked fine on the lower tubes though. Happy with my purchase.

Great Strong Rack!
No issues so far for local riding. After attaching it to the bike it was very sturdy! It took some time attaching it to the bike as I wanted everything aligned and perfect, but the reward is at the end. I’m using it for a ROCKBROS bag as you can see in the picture.

No instructions, cannot be assembled
Edited to add: Rockbros reached out immediately after I posted this review. They apologized and offered a full refund. I accepted the refund, since I still need a bike rack, and I can't use this one. I did not expect that response from them, and I really appreciate it, it helps. The product didn't work for me, but they have really amazing customer service and did everything they could to make it right, very promptly. 1. Bad packaging. I happened to see the Amazon truck pull up so I met the delivery person at the door. This bike rack was so poorly packaged, the delivery person was concerned it was broken and suggested opening the package to check. The clanking and rattling we heard turned out to be metal on metal, since the parts were pretty much all dumped into the box in open bags they just slid right out of. If there are online instructions, I can't find them. 2. No instructions, no tools. Instructions do not come with it, only very poor drawings. The tools that come with it are not sized correctly to hold the screw still while you try to tighten the screw with the allen wrench. The video on the Amazon site shows the rack being attached, and in real life, it does NOT attach as the video shows. You really need a helper to attach this, but even then, I don't think it can be assembled fully or properly because the tools are so inadequate and there are no instructions. The video is especially deceptive in that the support bar from the rack to the fork does not attach at all in the way the video shows. It'd be fine if it was a little different, but it's just not doable at all. I worked for three hours, watched that video repeatedly and finally gave up trying to attach the middle support bar to the bike fork. I've assembled fairly complicated furniture, with poor drawings and no written instructions, but I've never had as hard a time. 3. No support, costly. The support links leading to the ROCKBROS site seem to say if you bought this bike rack on Amazon, they won't help you, so as far as I can figure out, there is zero support available. Maybe I can fish around youtube, but you know? I wouldn't have bought the rack if I'd know it'd take hours of online research and a week to attach it myself. I'm not sure the way I finally attached the rack to the seat is actually secure. I really need a rack so I'm thinking I'll have to take my bike to a store and pay them to attach this rack to it fully and securely. That adds considerably to the cost and time it takes to actually use it. I feel like it'd have been faster, less frustrating, more secure and lower cost to go to a bike shop in the first place. 4. TL;DR. I do not recommend this bike rack, even if you have patience, extra tools, a helper and experience. It takes more than all that. Not worth it.
