This protein R1 has a great taste, good value for your money, mixes well with either water, or milk and is digestible. It does leave you full, texture is perfect. I highly recommend this product. Plus you are getting in your protein.

I train boxing and Muay Thai, and this protein has been one of my favorites for staying lean while still helping with recovery and muscle growth. It was actually recommended to me by my nutrition coach who’s an IFBB pro, and now I understand why. It mixes smoothly, tastes great, and doesn’t leave that weird chalky “sad gym shaker bottle” texture some proteins have. I throw it into smoothies, oats, coffee, yogurt, pancakes… honestly half my kitchen has this protein in it at this point. 😂 Great macros, clean protein, and helps keep me full after hard training sessions. Serious protein for people who train hard — but still want their smoothies to taste good.

Excellent taste! I use this in combo with kachava, strawberries and bananas, creatine and matcha in the mornings and it is the perfect meal replacement packed with protein and nutrients. I double blend it and its texture is that of a fluffy shake. Delicious!!

As a personal trainer and bodybuilder I started trying this whey isolate with Pistachio flavor which was good. Then I ordered vanilla cream but honestly o don’t feel the taste, I’m a person who wants a strong flavor but this one was too little. Kinda disappointed

Pretty good, I like the efficiency. The other brand I want to try is 1st Phorm, but I really like the 25g of protein in a 30g scoop plus the hydrolyzed isolate. Simple, clean, mixes well. I think this is worth it, especially since Intek stopped making their chocolate mint powder.

This protein is excellent. i wish they had a subscription for this product so i don’t have to keep buying it manually
