I blend about a tablespoon into my mango smoothie pretty much daily, I didn’t start out using that much at a time, I feel like that’s a lot, but it doesn’t overpower the taste of my smoothie, it doesn’t taste overwhelmingly green, it tastes good. My mango, coconut water, chlorella, collagen smoothie actually tastes almost exactly like the Odwalla green juice, if you have that in your tastebuds as a reference. I haven’t had any digestive issues with it, I feel like that was the major concern I saw online when I was researching taking chlorella. It’s a huge bag-I transferred mine into one of my empty orgain collagen powder tubs, that makes it a lot less messy to use, dispensing it out of the bag isn’t great.

Why are Okinawans known for long life and good health? A big part of of their secret was healthy nutrition based on kelp, spirulina and chlorella and a healthy lifestyle. They didn't have an organized healthcare--no need for it. Look at the West in comparison. I don't like the flavor of chlorella really, but I do believe it is nutritious food); so I recommend integrating it into your diet. I mix Chlorella with kombucha or kefir and add edible yeast, green tea extract, mushroom powder, vegetable powders like spinach, kale etc
