No more one short leg
Exactly what I wanted. The lifts stay in place in my shoe and are comfortable. The arch supports I use fit nicely over the lift. The material of which the lift is made is comfortable to wear and is retaining its height and overall shape. I ordered several and switch them from one left shoe in a pair of shoes to another. The legs of my long pants and capris are now even. I am so pleased with this product. I've had the product about a month and wear a lift every day.

I love this heel lift!
My right leg is shorter than the left and I have had severe chronic lower back pain for 4 years. I've been through Physical Therapy and a significant amount of Chiropractic care. Wearing a heel lift has virtually eliminated my back pain. I wear a lot of sandles and have a narrow foot and heel so it has been difficult to find a lift that fits and stays in place. Because it is sticky it stays put. The one drawback to this lift is that both sides are sticky, but I just traced out the shape of the lift using the plastic it comes with and left it on the top. That easily solved the problem. I suppose you could also use a different material. It does drop off abruptly but that is easy to get used to and prevents anyone from seeing it in a sandal. The fact that it is clear is great also. I am buying one for all of my sandles since it is inexpenisive and I don't want to switch them from shoe to shoe since I believe that will destroy the stickiness that allows it to stay in place. I would highly recommend these.

These Are Great! Wish they came in 3/8th inch thickness.
These are great! I had hip replacement surgery 2 years ago that resulted in my surgical leg being 3/8ths inch longer than the other. (Fix one medical problem, create an other- different story.) I have been trying every type of heel lift I can find for the past 2 years and for sandals, sling backs, clogs or flip flops these are the best I've found. I only wish they made it in a slightly thicker 3/8ths size. I put one in a pair of sandals I wear constantly around the house and amazingly it has stayed on the sandal! All of the other clear lifts I've tried fall off when sitting with legs or ankles crossed and/or move around while walking. This one has stayed in place for a week or so. May not last that long but at $6.99 each they are less costly than most other lifts and far less than other clear lifts that don't stay on. When I first put it in the sandal it did stick to my heel a bit at first. But it stayed on the sandal and the top stickiness went away very quickly. I am very satisfied and will be buying more.

perfect for my size shoe ...
one leg is slightly shorter, so the chiro gave me a shoe lift which didn't really fit that well (too wide and long, but i guess hers are one-size-fits-all). this one is great, narrow enough to fit my size 7.5M shoes, and "squishy" so it absorbs shocks. don't particularly like that it's sticky on both sides (i tried to remove insole to stick underneath but insole wouldn't budge; not much luck with my other shoes). i see from other comments that people remove and wash, but i probably won't bother so i cut away the plastic backing to the shape of the lift and left it on top. we'll see how it holds up.i ordered the small size, and it is quite narrow, so this probably won't work for wider feet or boots. approx. 2" x 2.75" at its widest points.

I can definitely feel it
I'm not yet sure about this product.A few years ago my podiatrist advised me to wear a full-length pad in the shoe for my shorter (by 1/4 in.) R. leg. I thought he said that raising just the heel on that foot wouldn't work. I don't see that issue talked about online. The websites also don't mention calluses resulting from greater stress placed on the longer leg/foot. The callus is definitely there on the "ball" of my little toe (the bottom of the longest joint inside the foot, not on the toe itself). It's hard and walking on it hurts. (The callous mysteriously appeared several years ago. About 2 years ago, brief use of a full-length pad in my R. shoe hurt my hip and back. But I'm healthier now, so I'm trying again.Anyway, I'm tired of the pain. Sanding the callus down doesn't get to the root of the problem; the callus gradually re-forms.The Cambion Heel Lift feels OK if I push it hard against the end of the shoe. Otherwise I feel the leading edge of it when I take a step.In another more athletic pair of shoes I'm re-trying a full-length pad, which is called Memory Insoles (no brand name), foam with markings for cutting to different shoe sizes. In yet another pair of shoes I'm using a green Superfeet insole from REI in my R. shoe and the flatter, generic full-length pad in my L. shoe. Which is a lot better than using the Superfeet in one shoe and nothing in the other! I did that for a few days and luckily didn't hurt myself. The correction was surely more than 1/4 inch.It is pretty neat, the way the Cambion gel-thing sticks to my Croc. But it's less comfortable than the full-length inserts that I'm also trying.

Love these heel lifts
I've spent alot of money for heel lifts in the past. The shoemaker I went to charges $20 a shoe..Not only are these so much less expensive but they work great. I can't tell the difference from the shoes that have the ones from the shoemaker. I plan on purchasing one for each pair of my shoes.

Perfect heel lift
I have bought several of the lifts that are different layers. After a few weeks they come apart. I just bought these and once I put them in my sandal I fell in love with them. They stay put in my sandal and are clear so you don’t see them. I will buy more and try to replace the others when they fall apart.

Made a Big Difference
My doctor recommned these to correct a 1/4 inch inconsistency between my right and left leg. I was very, very skeptical that this insert (or any insert) would help my back pain much. Well these have made me a total convert. The addition to this insert to my right shoe has made such a difference in pain level in my lower back it is actually hard to believe. The gel is comfortable and barely noticeable when I take off my shoes. Very happy with my purchase.
