I have only been a drummer for a few months, and have had this product for a few weeks, but I am impressed with it so far. It is not excessively heavy, but not light and flimsy either. It feels sturdy, well-made and well-designed. It has two legs to allow for use of a double kick pedal. It also has a mechanism for pedal-tension adjustment (this is the first time I have seen this on a hi-hat stand). I bought it for use with the V-Drum 17 from Roland, and it does the job. It can be setup and disassembled quickly and easily. It is not one of those expensive, high-end models, but not one of the crappy low-end ones either. I think it is worth the price.

If you're looking for a 2-legged hi-hat stand to make room for double bass pedals (or to simply free up room for your snare stand) without spending a lot, look no further. This stand is made quite sturdy by a lateral third leg that extends beneath the pedal, to brace it against the floor. The two legs & tube are reasonably burly for a hi-hat stand at this price. It rarely budges no matter how rough I am on it, and it's never even come close to tipping over. The tension of the opening-closing mechanism can be adjusted to your taste. It's very nice to be able to angle the hi-hats towards yourself, as well -- the angle is slight, but it makes a big difference in both playability and reach. Visually matches any tier of Speed Cobra bass pedal(s) well, if that matters to you.

I have the Iron Cobra 2 leg hi-hat stand and needed another one for giging and practice sessions. Personally I prefer this hi- hat stand to the Cobra. Tama corrected some issues with this model, however the clutch is not one that I prefer. It’s the only thing that I don’t care for on the 315 hi-hat.

I needed to replace an original hi hats stand that came with beginner 7-pc SPL kit because I wanted to start using double bass pedal setup for playing metal. The stand I replaced has 3 legs and I simply could not get my additional bass pedal (pearl 932s) positioned properly without one of the feet blocking where my foot needed to go. This stand is very solid, almost twice the diameter and very rugged feeling. The 2 rear feet offer what feels to be even more stability than my replaced 3-leg stand. And, with no hardware either left or right of the foot pedal, my double kicker pedal can be positioned perfectly. This shrunk my overall footprint of the drum kit, which is always a pure win. Even for somebody not needing to add double kicker setup, this stand style would be an upgrade both in functionality but also stability.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimale. Comodo per passare al doppio pedale e al foot- switch. L'asta è stabile, il piatto resta un po'inclinato, ma penso sia normale su questo tipo di asta( prima volta che uso una due gambe), comunque non mi da fastidio. È stato consegnato con un giorno di anticipo rispetto alle previsioni.
