Overall, I am happy with my purchase and look forward to putting my things on so I can use this desk for my small business. My main reasons for selecting this product were the printer shelf, the moveable/removable monitor shelf, and the multiple size options. The desk arrived earlier than expected, was packaged well, and was not damaged when it arrived. The desk seems fairly sturdy, and the materials compare to most other pieces on Amazon or at box stores. Assembly was easy, I could not find the Allen wrench that was supposed to be included, but I would not have used it anyway. I have attached pictures of the two tools I used, I do suggest using a basic Allen wrench for a couple tight spaces I couldn’t find one, but I made it work. Just know, you definitely want something other than an Allen wrench to speed up the install. I got it done quickly, less than 2 hours tops. During assembly you will need to leave a little looseness in the screws when you get to the shelves so they’ll fit in and then go back and tighten them. Also, I suggest installing the shelves from top to bottom, then the main piece. So, 11, 9, 12, 15 then 10.

This desk is the perfect addition to my cozy apartment. The price is great for the value and quality. It took me about 1 hour to assemble the entire desk. I would purchase this desk again.

Desk was easy to assemble and looks exactly like the picture. Has been very sturdy so far. I work from home and use this in my home office. Also bought one for my son to use as a gaming desk.

I was looking for a desk that could accommodate my large printer, have a large working area and hold my monitor up off the main table. This unit had it all. The instructions were clear to understand and they showed building the tiers on the right side as well as the left side. I was impressed as I was taking each item out of the box as to how well they were protected including corner covers to protect during shipping. As I was nearing the end, I was really happy with the overall workmanship of this desk until I got to the last step of building the stand on which the monitor was to sit. There are two metal supports that serve to support the wooden platform. They were both labeled #14 but only one was the correct size while the other was too small. However, as shown in the picture, the two metal parts were different as the bracket to go over the desk was way too small. I immediately contacted the company and here is their initial answer: Dear Ray, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the wrong size #14. Don't worry, we will do our best to help this. The company’s second reply: After checking the warehouse, we are sorry that the replacement #14 is out of stock and we are unable to send you. In this case, we would like to refund $15 to your original account for any inconvenience has caused. The 2 different size of #14 can still be screwed on and it doesn't affect the use. Could you please inform us if we can go ahead to arrange the refund? Their statement above is not true as the smaller bracket will not fit over the lip of the desk, meaning the monitor stand cannot be built onto the desk. I wrote back to them questioning how it is possible to not have any more #14 of the right size in their warehouse and I asked them to please look harder. I never received a reply but a few days later, my credit card was credited by $15. I did not want the $15 but just the right part to complete the desk. Bottomline, great product but if you buy it, just hope you do not need a replacing part.

I've been wanting to create a secondary PC setup for my retro gaming room (aka dining room) for months now and I needed a desk. I had a list of requirements, it had to be small (this is the 60 inch version) but had to have enough room for my PC as well as a place for my games and controllers. I also wanted it to be sturdy and match the aesthetic of the room. Nothing I found in the store met my needs and they were too expensive anyway. While I found a number of similar desks on Amazon, I found this one was a nice balance of size, functionality and price. Assembly was pretty straightforward. The instructions were clear and I had it assembled in 90 minutes without any help. Pay attention to the location of the holes and you'll be fine. Also, the shelf can be attached to either side, you'll need to decide which orientation before you begin assembly. The overall build quality is very good for the price range. I like the monitor stand (which is optional to install) as it helps optimize the most out of a small space. The wood and black metal go well together and it's surprisingly versatile. Assuming you also want a small, inexpensive desk, this is a great choice. Recommended.

Beautiful, sturdy and easy to put together

I decided to turn my little “sun room” into a little studio. This desk fit perfectly and it was a great price! Make sure you double-check the measurements against the space before you buy- this desk is actually fairly small/short in person (the photo may be a little deceptive on that).
