What is the height of the rack WITH the wheels/casters?

Dear Customer, The height of the rack with casters is 745mm (29.3in)

How do i cover the sides. do i buy 8u blanking panels and will they bolt in to the small screw holes?

You will just need to buy a cabinet. The blank panel are only approx.. 19" wide and the rack is deeper.
