From a performance standpoint, can't tell the difference between these and the 'real' Purdy brushes
Purdy brushes are all I have used in the past. As DIYer I'm saving enough money to buy the 'good stuff' when it comes to paint and brushes. There is no doubt that Purdy does make one of the best brushes money can buy (my opinion). That being said, if you can have the same quality for less, then why not give it a try? In this purchase I was able to get 8 of these brushes for less than the cost of 3 actual Purdy brushes purchased from the local big box store. Before using, I wanted to not like them. Why? How could a chinese knockoff of a Purdy be as good as the real thing? It's not handcrafted in the USA. However, after using them I did love them. I can't tell the difference between these and the 'real' Purdy brushes. The handle is similarly shaped, the bristles are just firm enough, and there are plenty of them. The bristles are bound together by a stainless band (instead of the brass colored band used by Purdy) but no functional difference there. While these are inexpensive enough to be almost disposable after use these are not disposable brushes. With proper cleaning, I used one of them for several long days of painting and probably could have kept using it but I got lazy (and for the cost of each brush it wasn't a big loss). People who complain about errant bristles or them not working well may just not know how to use a brush.Highly recommended, at any price. But at these prices Purdy might want to take notice as they provide all of the quality at a fraction of the cost. Now I just need to find more painting projects to use the other several brushes I have!

Better than I expected.
Not quite the quality of a Wooster Pro or Perdy, but considering the price, they're pretty darn good. I've been through hundreds of brushes and thousands of gallons of paint over the years and I'll honestly say, if you want to cut costs, buy these brushes but don't go cheap on the paint. Cheap paint will mess you up a lot worse than these inexpensive brushes.FYI I paid full price for my brushes and have used several of them for a whole day.

Great quality for the price
Great quality for the price. Not as good as a Purdy or similar but is good enough and cheap enough that you can use and toss if you don't feel like cleaning.

Great brush for price does well with wall work but ...
Great brush for price does well with wall work but I wouldn't consider this a trim brush due to it having medium stiff firm on the bristols I like to use soft Bristol brushes on trim work (semi gloss)

Love the brushes. A little softer than what I'm used to but work very well. Price is excellent.
