I had these at basic training and I NEEDED one at home, it does wonders for muscles and helps a ton with cracking your back and just functions how it’s supposed to.

I really like this foam roller. It's light but solid - not squishy, which is what I need for the kinds of exercises I'm doing. Softer rollers can dent; this one doesn't. The surface is grippy, which makes it easier to use, and the width is great for a variety of exercises.

Gift for my granddaughter. She used mine while visiting and I bought her one. These foam rollers are really nice to work on back and neck muscles.

Make sure you check whether it has the thin plastic wrap and paper wrap.My first ordered roll had damage marks all over. After i request the replacement, i noticed that the new one had the thin plastic wrapping around with paper wrap as well.But, The product itself is good.

My pt suggested I buy the foam roller to work out my knee after I had a knee replacement, works great.
