Super comfortable and easy to put on. The grip thickness is spot on as it provides enough protection to avoid major tears but also has a minimal feel. They run true to handsize. Would buy again!

Normally I use gloves in the gym. Say what you want, buy the ladies like softer hands over hands full of calluses. Some bars have very aggressive knurling. Those bars tend to tear my hands to shreds. Thus, I wear gloves. Even over time, the gloves get pretty torn up. And no matter how much padding, my hands still get torn up a bit. After some research, I found these gloves. Weirdest looking things I have ever seen. But they made sense, so I bought them. Best decision ever! It takes 3-5 workout session for these to be broken in. They are a bit stiff and cumbersome at first. But after a few days, they soften right up. The leather protects my hands way more than any gloves I've ever had. I think the reason for this is that they are open. You're hands no sweat like they do in gloves. So your skin isn't as damp and prone to damage like they are enclosed in traditional gloves. If I'm using ropes, or doing legs, its super simple to slide your finger out and even get more air. They just hand on your wrist for when you need them again. The quality seems excellent and I've had these for about a year now. They work great and I'd recommend these to anyone!

I have been purchasing grips from Aeolos since 2020 and had never considered switching brands until last year. Something has changed *dramatically* in terms of the quality. I went from buying one, maybe two sets a year (i use them at least weekly) to needing to purchase 4 pairs in 2024 alone. The stitching comes unraveled in a variety of places, the thickness and texture of the leather has varied wildly from pair to pair, and i’m reaching the point of needing to switch brands rather than keep buying a product that seems to get worse with each iteration.

UPDATE 2:I have to admit, this company is honestly amazing. I first complained about my first pair of wrist grips breaking within days of buying them. They sent me a new pair. I wrote a new review and realized I ordered the wrong size and the black color stained my hands. Unexpectedly, Aeolos sent me a different pair in the correct size. I will admit, my mind about this company has changed. They really care about their customers. It isn’t about making an easy buck. For them, it’s about customer satisfaction. That is somethings hard to find these days. Bravo! Not only are my new hand grips better, my expectations for this company have gone through the roof. If you’re looking to order anything through them, I highly suggest it.UPDATE: The company read my original review about the grips ripping. They sent me a replacement. I finally used them for the first time and they work well. I ordered the black ones. They do tend to stain your hands if you sweat. So if you plan to order these, I would go with a lighter color. Also make sure to size yours just right. I ordered a small and after using these grips, I think I may be an XS. But the small works just fine. They crunch up a little bit with weights in your hands. But overall, these second set of grips have not ripped. I’ve been using them for almost a week now. If you’re looking for something to help with grips and preventing callouses on your hands, I would try these out. They’re reasonably priced and so far, work well.—————-ORIGIN POST:I was super excited for this product. I lift weights almost every day and wanted to try and prevent more calluses on my palms. But these hand grips ripped the second time I used them. They are now hanging by threads and I’m slightly upset I ordered them because now I have to order new ones.
