Cable works with other connectors and crimping tools as the supplied connectors are tricky to align correctly.Cat 6 Ethernet Cable 20m, Bulk Extra Long Unshielded Lan Cable 20 Meters Internet CableArrived in a bundle with plastic tape wrapped around it holding the connectors and cable together. The supplied connectors are not the style where the strands of cables can be threaded through and then trimmed once in place. These connectors require that that strands are set to the correct length and then fed into the block. This is tricky as Cat6 cable has a plastic reinforced cross spine piece running the length of the cable to keep the strands separate and makes alignment a struggle.I couldn't get the supplied connectors to work but managed to use own versions that allow the cables to be trimmed once they are in place. This makes getting the connector to sit close to the plastic spine a lot easier and whilst there is a slight waste occurring it makes the cable stronger as the spine sits against the connector and prevents bending.In use across a hallway from the 1Gb port on the router to the PS5 in another room, the speed test past all connections and provided much hilarity when a download took less than a minute and just worked. Having used for 2 weeks, no dropouts have occurred and all connections remain in use.Fully recommend this as I have created multiple smaller cables for a laptop and for taking to work to use as personal cable for hot desking and no issues on connecting or link-ups.

Having had broadband issues, when the new install was done I asked them to fit the router upstairs.With this in mind I bought this cable to run Ethernet to 2 Xboxes and my work PC.I used the cable to run into another room and make custom patch cables.I would advise buying the easy connections over the supplied ones. You have to align and insert the cable into the plug and try to get each wire in the hole, which is tricky if you don't have perfect vision.The easy connect version allows the wires to be inserted into an external block before inserting the block into the outer case.You can use other methods of pressing the pins into the wires but often this isn't easy to judge the depth and leads to the securing tab being bent affecting lock in to the Ethernet port.The connectors also are a poor fit in the ports I had to file the corners off as they were either the wrong shape or slightly too big

Does exactly what it should.I used this to upgrade my Cat5 connection to my office. I now get 350mb which was previously being throttled by the older cables.

The Wi-Fi signal at the back of our house was disappointingly weak, with the rear study/office only about 15 meters from the main router on the same floor. To address this, I decided to install a data cable and create a hardwired network point. Additionally, I acquired a network switch to distribute the signal to several devices. Attaching the RJ45 connectors is tedious, requiring precise alignment of the wires into the plug's tiny holes in the correct order. After crimping and securing the connectors, I realised I had intended to use a cable boot cover for a neater appearance on the RJ45 plug. Fortunately, I used the unbooted end at the router, which went unnoticed. I did apply boot covers to a patch lead I created for the connection between the wall socket and the network switch.The cable is robust and more rigid than Cat5e, made from copper-clad aluminium conductors (CCA). While CCA reduces the cost, it typically doesn't affect speed. The cable's outer sheath is PVC, and its core is separated by a rigid plastic divider, isolating each UTP. The cable's diameter is roughly 6.8mm. Described as weatherproof and UV resistant, I would still prefer to use it only indoors. It lacks the features for additional protection required for outdoor use. It's neither the cheapest nor the most expensive Cat 6 UTP data cable, but I recommend it for indoor use as it has performed well in my setup without any data loss or transmission issues. For outdoor use, I suggest placing the cable in a conduit to protect it from damage or pets, like our cat who is quite attracted to the purple data cable.

Good quality, don't expect some kind of armour cable it is just a network cable with a plastic inside deviding in 4.

Firstly, this was provided by the Amazon Vine Program.Work in education so got this for playing and practicing with. The cable itself feels okay, albeit I'm used to shielded cable so this feels a little on the cheaper quality side.It comes with a lot of cable and 8 connectors so enough for 4 x cables with an rj45 each end.Its good for cat 6 and performance of the sample worked without issue.If you eant a cheap cat 6 cable to wire up internal then this may be suitable, if you want a more premium feeling cable or a shielded cable for an outside/near other wiring then maybe look else where, the seller may have different cable standards.

Es un cable muy bueno, me ha encantado, ya había pedido otros en Amazon pero eran muy malos.En prmer lugar e sun cable muy robusto, lo he tenido que pasado por varios muros haciendo agujeros con talados y he pasado los 30 metros por dichos agujeros, huecos en pared, he doblado para hacer angulos casi de 90º y no ha mostrado ningún sintoma de desgaste, es una pasada en dureza.Por dentro está muy bien custruido con un separador interior por colores tipo cruz que es lo que le da esa rigidez interna.No es apatanllado, eso lo especifica el vendedor, en mi caso no importa porque no va a estar cerca de cableado electrico o fuentes electromagnéticas.La tasa de transferencia que ofrece es muy buena, en mi caso con un cable de red de 1,5m entre el portatil y el router me da 600Mb/s que es lo que tengo crontratado; Con este cable de 30m usando los 30 sin cortar ni empalmar, me da 580Mb/s, es muy buen dato.De regalo vienen 6 cabezales, son de buena calidad y son los que usé, pese a que yo tengo, uno se le rompió la clavija en ta que la toqué, debía venir defectuoso porque el resto van genial y además se les ve duraderos.Estoy muy contento con este cable, es lo que necesitaba y no es caro.
