Easy to follow, tasty recipes
Given this book addressed a complex system of health, including diet, there is a logical approach which is easy to follow. Most importantly, there are some delicious recipes! I'm working my way through the book, but so far they've all been great.

An easy introduction to Ayurveda
An informative and interesting read. I’ve been curious about Ayurveda for years but found it complicated and daunting. The charts make figuring out your natural state versus an imbalance one fairly straightforward. I liked how many of the recipes were for everyone with add-ins or alterations for each dosha or dietary requirement. The well written blurbs for each recipe were upbeat and informative. The recipes are simple to make and the ingredients readily available in your larger grocery stores. A comprehensive index makes searching for a particular recipe or health issue a breeze. I received a free digital copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Highly recommend.

(Wife writing this review) I absolutely love this book. The ingredients are simple, the recipes are easy to follow and understand. The forward was written so beautifully. Those two pages alone are worth the price of the book- full of wisdom, they capture the feeling of living in a busy, fast paced world- as well as how to find ourselves again. I was nervous about purchasing this book because most cookbooks are full of recipes with ingredients I've never even heard of and the recipes are always complicated- I opened this book and was so pleasantly surprised at how doable this will be, she breaks everything down and gives so many options for each recipe depending on the season and personal tastes- even the feel of the cover of this book is perfect- it's a wonderfully thick, soft paperback. This book is going to be well used over the years and I plan to purchase a copy for all the women in my family and I've already texted the link to all of my friends. I read nearly the entire thing in one sitting- even the recipes- I actually read it all, planning out menus and taking notes..... if you clicked on the book to open this page- just go ahead and purchase it- you will love it!
