Seriously, this will save you years towards your life of not cleaning windows. It's certainly not perfect - it does not get the corners, and it leaves a bit of a circle when you remove it, so be prepared with a microfiber cloth to wipe those areas when it's finished. But oh what it DOES do! We have a crazy number of windows in this house and this makes cleaning them a snap. I love that the soft pads clean the windows to dry so they are sparkling when done. My only rookie mistake was not changing the pads out often enough - which was dumb because it comes with an abundance of pads. Second pic is of windows not cleaned. First one is of windows cleaned. They are not the same windows but they are next to each other. What a difference! Love this!

This is our first time trying a robotic window cleaner. Suction is much better compared to the more expensive T9 model. It followed the programmed paths, and never droppped so far. We are pretty happy for the bucks we spent.(We ended up returned the T9 model which is really not as good as the T8Pro model that we are keeping.)Well, I took off 1 star since i noticed streaks on windows when sunset shone on the windows. I would say the machine did 80% of the job. I just need to manage the small imperfect areas. It is acceptable to me. Still happy with the buy.

Stopped working after three window cleanings. Left streaks when it was working. I have now learned but the best brands for robots. This is not one of themUpdate: they offered an exchange or refund very promptly. Made things right. It’s a good product if it lasted longer

I have had the T8 model for 4 months and have used it less than 12 times. I loved it until it quit working. When the lower wheel mechanism changed direction, it sounded as if the gear's teeth were not properly engaged. Eventually the lower wheel mechanism quit working completely.The seller claims 365 day warranty but there does not seem to be a way to contact them other than calling China.UPDATE: The seller contacted me after seeing my review and offered a refund. Kudos to FMART fir that, however I would have gladly taken a replacement IF there were a way to contact the seller directly after Amazon's 30 Return Window closed.

The window is still dirty and streaked.

It’s been only one day using this product but I am so unbelievably happy with this purchase! I’ve got The kind of windows that you cannot pull in to clean so while I’m able to clean the inside of all the windows in the house, it’s sort of pointless considering all the dirt on the outside of the windows but this has been a total game changer! Power washers only do so much and whose going out to play with cold water in the winter? Not me!Suction power is great. I put it on the outside of the window and let it work it’s magic. I get the three long beeps when it’s done and I move it to another pane. In one run, it’s gets the windows nice and clean. It’s so nice to finally have clean windows with minimal effort. Thank you so much!

This window robot is such a life saver, I live on the 3rd floor. It cleaned my large mirrors, and windows in and out very well! the only negative is it doesn't get in the very corners of the windows. Other than that it was a great purchase.

Wonderful! No directions on how to use the remote but besides that the product is great

The robot was working very well. After 3 uses, it started slipping in the window and couldn't properly clean the entire space.

I returned the newer model because the power chord wouldn’t stay attached. I bought this older model because it was $75 cheaper and the power chord is permanently attached. Also, this model is much quieter & does not have a water sprayer. No problem for my purposes. I use the robot to dry polish my windows only. It does a perfect job every time. I love this unit.

This insane amazing gadget and does a great job cleaning the glass. However, when I decided on this model I thought iy was cordless. To my surprise it was not, but, nonetheless, it does the job I needed it for.

I was super skeptical and still nervous to leave it unintended but it does an amazing job. I have cathedral ceilings so the windows are so hard to wash. This exceeded expectation. Only complain is my windows come to a point and no matter how hard I try to steer it with the remote I cannot get it to go up to the very point. Other than that , best money I've ever spent!
