It works as expected. I needed it on low quantities somehow. I have a problem with excess acetyl choline production. Also choline can have a lil bit of side effects. I would never recommend a full dose without complete knowledge of the choline. Kindly slowly increase the dose. Otherwise, its a value for money product. No complaints. Induces deep sleep too. And the capsules are in good quality too. Perfect I'd say. Great job trnasgenx

I bought the choline bitartrate supplement for loss of interest in work, lethargy , tiredness ,uneasiness in any work , unability to start and sometimes if started the work ,unable to complete the work . When I started this medicine, my low blood sugar came under control. If I consume this medicine,y blood sugar does not drop very fast. Dr Eric berg ( supporter of non veg medicines but very knowledgeable) told in his youtube videos that to fix the low blood sugar problem temporarily consume glucagon containing foods like protein rich daal and other foods, glutamine ,etc. But this is the not the cure of low blood sugar. I would prefer other company which has the same quality ,less harmful preservatives, less and reasonable price.

The tables are very badly formed, in that they're breaking a melting easily, inside the container.

Choline is usually less in vegetarian diets. This is useful in memory issues and brain fog.

Its a good supplement, though it needs to be taken for a few months, without fail,to be able to appreciate the body responding to the supplement.
