Excellent quality! Wonderful flavor, nicely trimmed. Slices seperated by sheets which allow you to remove each one easily without falling apart. Good resealable package. Quick delivery with Prime. Will certainly reorder.

It’s good. However little bit greasy. My stomach not feel good cuz of the greasiness. I have to use paper towel to wipe those greas off. It makes my hand super oily when I’m eating it. I really don’t like that. I have to watch my hands after. I can’t eat it as snack while doing my work!!!!!! I don’t like that part tho

I like this prosciutto, it is very pure with only pork and salt, and has a nice flavor and fat content and the price is very good compared to other products which are $10 for 3 oz of product. My only complaint is that the slices are a bit thick as well as inconsistently sliced with some very thick slices in there. In general, I prefer mine to be sliced paper thin. There are a few paper thin slices, the majority of them are about 2x or 3x as thick as that, and a few slices are very thick almost like salami or pepperoni thickness. Overall, the experience is more rustic than elegant. But it satisfied my craving for prosciutto and with 3 pounds per order, there is plenty to share.

This is exactly the same quality product I usually buy at my local store, but at a fraction of the price. As Spaniard, I know cured ham and what qualities you can expect from big commercial brands. This Fiorucci is probably the BEST not absurdly expensive ham I've tried. Not salty at all, not chewy and with a delicate taste totally absent of chemicals or added spices. The presentation is flawless, thin slices all about the same thickness and conveniently separated with plastic layers to prevent they stick each other. Totally recommended.

I just reordered this delicious Prosciutto. My order had uniformly VERY thin slices with slips of thin shiny paper in between each thin slice. It came as three one pound well sealed packages. I have wrapped asparagus, and also melon with the meat and it was wonderful. My favorite is on a Rye Tiscuit with a dab of very hot mustard made from mustard seed powder.
