It can be used as concealer, all over face foundation, spot corrector, countour and highlight stick (if u get lighter and darker shades) and quick touche up foundation stick. Quick answer: both undereye and all over face :)

I have extreme dark circles and awful hyperpigmentation under my eyes will this cover it well?

For extreme dark circles, it would be a good idea to either use a light-diffusing eye cream (Origins makes a great one that has SPF 20, which also helps prevent further hyperpigmentation!) OR a corrector in a peach/pinky tone to neutralize the natural bluish cast of dark circles. IF you happen to be the less-is-more type, I suggest grabbing a shade of Cushion Complexion that has a warm undertone to neutralize the cool tone of dark circles. It's buildable, so do one layer and then build up to the coverage you're happy with. Always, always set with transluscent powder immediately after you apply under the eyes. This is the trick to keeping it in place all day. Hope this helps!
