Our Macadamia Nut Cookies are made in small batches, hand scooped, and then baked in our artisan bakery located in the upland rain-forest of Volcano, right next to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, on the Big Island of Hawaii...just two miles from hot lava at an elevation of 4,000 feet!... Our cookies are packaged shortly after coming out of the oven to seal in the flavor, and we bake cookies daily so you will receive the freshest product possible. Once you receive the cookies they will still be crunchy and delicious for several weeks if kept in the cellophane package. We use only the finest ingredients, and specialize in treats with Hawaiian Macadamia Nuts, Hawaiian Vanilla, and 100% Hawaiian Chocolate. We never use any preservatives or artificial flavors.
