Siraya Tech Craft Ultra-Clear 3D Printer Resin, Non-Yellowing, Clear, 1kg

Really nice clear resin. Siraya tech hasn't failed me so far in their resins. I needed a clear one for a couple of my prints. Followed the instructions and it turned out great. Some tips of keeping it pristine clear if you run into issue post cure. Use clean alchol when you are washing it after printing. I recommend a clear coat over it(i usually use lacquer based gloss clear), polishing compound, or a brush painted thin layer of the resin that you manually cured to keep it nice and see through. Price might be a bit high but Definitely recommend

I really like Siraya Tech resins and this one does not disappoint. It printed well with no quality issues in my Photon Mono X2 machine, cleaned up well, sanded and finished nicely. The prints are ivory white in the light, and produce a satisfyingly eerie green glow in the dark. I haven't done any stress testing, but the prints don't seem any more or less brittle than with other standard resins. Very satisfied.

This is really unique resin, the glow strength is slightly less than you might get with other processes like casting or molding, but to even manage this effect at all with resin printing is amazing. The pigment, however, collects at the bottom VERY quickly in a sludge. You need to scrape the bottom of your vat FAP and thoroughly stir the resin if it has been left to settle for even an hour. Same for the bottle, it needs really thorough and timely mixing before pouring and printing. You can successfully mix this with colors and dyes, but it will always glow green.

Goos stuff, nice clean detailed prints

I've used other "clear" resins in the past, and they can best be described as translucent, not really clear, and some are very weak and difficult to use, so I was a little hesitant to spend over 40 bucks on this, but based on Siraya Tech's reputation I decided to take a chance. The quality is great, it prints well using fairly normal exposure times (4.5 seconds on my Creality Halot One), and the clarity is far better than any other clear resin I've tried, but it's still not "crystal" clear unless you coat it with some clear finish. And it does yellow if you cure it for too long, but not as bad as many other resins. This resin is also weaker and softer than regular resins - that's true with all the clear resins I've used - so you do need to be careful when handling the model. It's stronger when cured, but still fragile. Overall, I'm satisfied, but wish it didn't cost so much.

I was on the fence about buying this due to the price, but i finally took the plunge for a print I was making for my son. At the moment I only made some lightsabers but they came out gorgeous the first time. The Glow effect seems to last about 3-5 minutes when I use the sun or bright bulbs to ‘charge’ it. Or turn on some Black lights and make it glow continually! I’ll buy again definitely. I will update later when I make more detailed prints.

Fantastic glow in the dark resin. VERY bright, long lasting glow. Prints and dyes well. I used UVO (smoothon) pigments to dye the base milky white resin to an orange color. The glow color, which is yellow/green is not effected by this. Printed very well across multiple machines based on the supplied recommended machine print settings pulled from the Siraya tech website. I've printed using this resin on the following machines using the Lychee slicer and Siraya Tech provided profiles. No changes made from the recommended defaults. All printed at 35UM. 使用機器メーカーのものがなかなか安くしてくれないのでしびれを切らし購入。車のテールライトに使用したが理想の出来、ウィンドウも印刷して数日乾燥させて試しでペーパー掛け、コンパウンドとやってみたがそれなりに透明度は出ている。さらに頑張ればプラモデル並みの透明度になると思われる。どちらかと言えば青っぽいクリアーな気がするが出来によってはウィンドウにも使いたかったので安物で見かける黄変に関して説明の無いものは却下してこれを購入し大正解。あとは経年で保ってくれることを願うばかり。純正メーカーの２代目クリアーの１年近く経過したレジンは黄変がかなり出て使い物にならなかった。

I ordered this as it offered clarity. I have followed all the website instructions and used the whole bottle testing and yet never achieved the clarity advertised

Great results. Yes, it's clear in a thin layer. Thicker, will gradually get a bit yellow. In the same time it is a strong part if it is cured correct. No sticky surface after washing & curing. Good resin, I'll definitely buy again.

It took me a bit of time to find the right settings for my printer but once I got the hang of it it was a lot of fun to use.
