Stop telling people to "clan the area" when one refuses to stay affixed to the wall
I purchased two sets because the first pair worked so well. However, one of the 4 refuse to stay attached to the tile. Please don't advise to clean the area, or stay away from grout lines. Apparently, No one reads previous comments. I fear, for whatever reason one of the 4 have some inherent defect that doesn't enables it hold onto to the surface for any extended period of time. The remaining 3 stay adhered perfectly. I have tried multitude of cleaning agents including alcohol to assure the surface is CLEAN. I would like to learn how to return the defective handle.Thank you,And yes, I have cleaned the area, save your time commenting simply to see your comment in print. This product easily earns 5 starts, however, occasional defect are inevitable, and would simply like information on exchanging just 1 of the 4.

I needed these in the bath while recovering from surgery. I am as anxious about putting my entire weight on something just suctioned to the wall but once locked, these things are immovable. In fact they come with a little spatula to help break the seal if you need to remove them. Super easy to install, highly recommend
