It was bought to put a safety strap onto a microwave yo keep it safe from sliding off a shelf. Great job ... various sizes to choose from and lots of velcro for adjustment to make it really tight. Works a treat.

My wife and I recently purchased two GURU large fishing umbrellas which really are excellent products and we couldn't be happier with them apart from one minor detail. They do come with a velcro strap fastener attached to the umbrella but this is very short and awkward to fasten. This is where the item subject of this review (2 Heavy Duty Metal Buckle Hook and Loop Strap Fastener) really come into their own. These are made using heavy duty nylon material (much sturdier than the one on the umbrella), a perfect length with enough to wrap around and a metal buckle. The velcro is much heavier duty and is unlikely to let us down. Overall, very pleased, a great purchase but something which should not be necessary for a specialist umbrella costing over £100.
