Great Story, but book doesn't hold up.
First off, I love the story and I am impatiently awaiting the next in the series. The story gets 5 stars with the introduction up of a new suitor, one more villainous than our team has faced before. Unfortunately just like with a prior reviewer, I too had issues with the weak binding of the book. This book simply does not hold up. I've had several pages have already separated from the spine completely. I've had no issues with my prior books in this series, so I don't know if this is a result of some one-time manufacturing flaw or if they publisher trying cheaper material. I can only hope this weak binding is a fluke.

New character keeps the series funny
I thought, by this point, the series would have settled down to a comfortable familiarity, but by introducing a new character, Kiss Him, Not Me! volume 10 adds an interesting dimension to the gang of fans. Kae finds out that a long-lost childhood friend is now a key voice actor in her favorite anime. She used to defend Takeru from bullies when they were young, and he craves her protection again now, to help him manage the stress of a fast-moving entertainment career. His performance skills have him fitting in quickly, and his access to behind-the-scenes information and people make him attractive, but there are hints that he’s got a scheme in mind that might take advantage of Kae’s kindness. This plot gives more insight into what all these boys (and a girl) see in Kae without her having to do much but be nice. She’s treated as more of a prize than a person, but I didn’t mind that much, because I enjoy the depiction of various fan events that came with the story. For example, the live performance she and her friends attend gives amusing insight into how fan culture displays in other cultures, particularly given Kae’s exaggerated reactions.Since this is a comedy manga, things go too far, leading to a cliffhanger where once again, Kae’s gang of suitors have to try to save her from her naivete. And there were plenty of funny moments getting to that point as well. (Review originally posted at ComicsWorthReading.com.)

Great book- terrible binding
The manga itself is worth 5 stars (story is really getting interesting), but my issue is with the physical binding of the book. The first book I received had several pages in the middle and towards the end that were completely loose from the glue holding the book together. I figured I just got a bad one, sent it back, and requested a replacement. No big deal. The replacement, though not quite as bad, is still very loose on about half of the book. (Pictures included) Since they aren't completely removed from the spine yet, I'll just glue it back myself rather than go through another return.I've purchased the rest of this series and haven't had a problem like this, so I'm not sure what it is about the disappointing binding issues on this particular volume. So I suppose it's just something to be wary of.

Highly Annoyed!!!
ordered this vol and was super excited for it but when it got here it was in terrible packaging and received water damage sometime along the way, and not only that but some idiot somewhere in this world thought it would be a good idea to put a security tag in the middle of one of the pages on this manga!!?? i mean really...who dose something like that??? im not at all happy with this and sending it back and hopefully the next one will be better.
