Regrettably, its performance falls short of the standards set by my longstanding use of Purosol lens cleaners spanning the past decade. In contrast to the efficacy of Purosol, the ZEISS alternative tends to leave discernible white stains on the lens surface unless the applied liquid is meticulously wiped away post-application. The presence of these residual marks, resembling soap stains, diminishes the overall professional presentation of the lens and necessitates additional attention during the cleaning process. Moreover, upon close scrutiny, I have observed no appreciable enhancements or distinctions in the outcome of lens cleaning when employing the ZEISS solution in comparison to the combination of tap water and a microfiber cloth. Considering the cost disparity between the ZEISS lens cleaning spray and the Purosol lens cleaning solution, which is approximately five times more expensive, the efficacy of the latter becomes more evident. Purosol not only outperforms the ZEISS product in terms of cleaning efficiency but also justifies its higher price point through a superior cleaning performance, ultimately rendering it a more prudent investment for those seeking optimal lens care.

Love the cleaner, but I should have read the description better. Was only 2 ounce bottles when I could have gotten the bigger bottles for the same price elsewhere.
