It is a perfect blend of taste and spice. Overall preparation takes not more than 30-45 mins if you use boiled matki. It is truly ready mix recipe. Just empty the pouch, add matki and water and boil it. No need of even adding extra oil. The only extra ingredient you will need to add to it is salt.
