Heavy duty
This is a quality item. The only thing that needs changing is the bolts should be stainless steel. My old seal had galvanized bolts which were so rusted they couldn’t be removed when the well pump died. I’ve tried contacting Merrill but the website option doesn’t work and they don’t list a phone number. I found SS metric bolts online and replaced the galvanized ones.

Strong, simple well cap
The Merrill well cap is very well made. I like that it is made for a 1" pipe centered in the cap with side holes for the wiring and a vent. For the price (high), it should have come with a vent.
