AERLANG Extra Large Push Up Board 26.2" x 13.8", Portable 30-in-2 Workout Set for Push Up, Multi-functional Pushup Stands for Strength Training, Fat Burning Push Up Bar for Home Gym

This push-up board exceeded my expectations. It’s sturdy, easy to assemble, and the color-coded positions make it simple to target different muscle groups. The handles are comfortable, the board doesn’t slide around during workouts, and it’s a great way to add variety to home training. Excellent quality for the price and perfect for anyone looking to build upper-body strength. Highly recommend!

One of the key benefits of this product is its color-coded system. Each handle is specifically designed to target different muscle groups - pectorals, abdominals, arms, and latissimus dorsi. This means that you can easily customize your workout and focus on specific areas of your body. No more guesswork or generic exercises! Another great feature is the foldable design. This lightweight pushup stand can be easily folded and stored away when not in use. Whether you have limited space at home or like to take your workout on the go, this compact design makes it incredibly convenient. Speaking of convenience, this push-up machine is a breeze to assemble. With clear instructions and minimal parts, you'll have it ready for action in no time. Plus, its sturdy construction ensures stability during your workout, giving you peace of mind as you push yourself to new limits. Now, let's address any potential drawbacks. Some users may find that the handles are a bit too wide for their comfort. However, this can be easily remedied by placing a towel or grip pad over the handles for added cushioning and grip. In terms of personal experience, I have been using the multi-functional 10-in-1 push-up machine for several weeks now and I'm extremely impressed. The color-coded handles have allowed me to target specific muscle groups more effectively than ever before. Not only has my upper body strength improved significantly, but my overall physique has also become more toned and defined.

This AERLANG Push Up Board is a fantastic addition to my home workout routine. The foldable design is super convenient for storage, which is a big plus for me. I really like how it clearly marks different muscle groups, helping me target specific areas during my push-ups. It feels sturdy and well-made. If you're looking for a portable and effective way to enhance your push-up variations, this board is definitely worth considering!

Well made and serves the purpose. Been close to a year now and it is holding up well.

For the price I was not expecting much. I was very surprised the quality of the product. It's a very durable plastic with strong plastic handles that slide in and out of the slots perfectly. The pushups are much better than regular pushups too. Each setting isolates the muscles intended very well. The results can be felt immediately. I recomend this product.

i dont wanna sound like a wimp or whiny but it would be nice if you guys could add a little but of padding on the hand pieces only because when a lot of force is being applied to a little surface area it tends to hurt sometimes when im going down so i have to stop to reajust my hands. but besides that very good quality and very sturdy would be a 5 star.

This is a great add-on to any workout. It makes my push-up so much easier and I could do different areas by putting my hands in the different sections. I definitely recommend it. It’s also a very great gift. The qualities is really good easy to grab slip, resistance, and effective.

There are a lot of different versions of this type of product available but this one actually targets the correct muscles when used for each exercise it provides. I’ve noticed results after a few weeks of using a daily 4 set split routine (chest/triceps one day, shoulders/back the next). The handles are non slip and connect snugly to the platform. Yes, it’s plastic, but it feels strong enough to last forever. The idea of using this while travelling appealed to me and it’s small enough once folded to be portable as the handles fit neatly inside. Would definitely recommend.

I didn't receive a bag for this item it showing there is 1 bag but after i received there is no bag
