Works fine.
It installed fine. I put it on wrong the first time, not realizing there are two sets of screw holes for both landscape and portrait orientation for the shaft, and thought it was defective. Found my mistake and it's working.

Fixed stovetop!
Allowed me to repair my old stovetop and avoid paying a technician to replace. You should have knowledge of electricity, and how to safely test and work with it, but nothing requiring crazy skills.
