Flashing Panda 5 LED Baseball Cap/Hat Clip-on Flashlight, White Light

I enjoy this cap light TONS! I work 3rd shift (Night shift). When i leave just before midnight its a super great thing to have, its easy to use, and i have no need for a key chain light, i just tap the light on, and its easy to find the key hole to lock the door on my way out. I walk the railroad tracks to work sometimes, and again super handy to just tap the light on, i have no problem walking the tracks.Also i have been doing some things in my attic crawl space, and it comes in very handy, no need to occupy a hand with a flash light, i just put my cap light on, and i look where i want light. SUPER COOL LIGHT. And i also ride my bike at night, again comes in handy, especially when the chain pops, that never happens right were the light is, so i just again tap the cap light on, and repair is easily accomplished. The flash mode is a great thing also cause it catches others attention at night really quick, and i have no problem being spotted by others! I haven't had to replace the batteries yet, but that's cause the led's use very little power.I would strongly recommend those that have a car, get one and put it in your emergency kit. For things like changing tires in the dark, its easily well worth it. Also for looking under the hood, you just look in the direction you need the light and it goes right there. HANDS FREE! So you can do the things you need to, like use a wrench, or change a fuse, hundreds of uses, hands free to do just what you have to, and no fumbling to point a flash light with one hand, while trying to use 2 wrenches. I think this product should also be listed in automotive.

For under $3.00 this is a pretty good light. The LEDs are pretty bright and the packaging says the lights will burn at high intensity for 48 hours. I haven't tested this but will modify this review after doing so.The light has a push button on/off switch. Push it on once and you get a constant beam. Push it again and the lights flash.The light uses two CR2032 Lithium cells which are included with the light. Replacement batteries will probably cost more than the light did.As for using this light, I would recommend this light for reading or up close work. It is barely bright enough to light the ground under my feet so if you plan to use this light for any night hikes I recommend that you walk slow or you'll over walk the light beams.The two visor clips are pretty light weight. Use caution when putting these on your cap brim or you'll likely break one or both clips.I ordered two of these lights and one arrived with one of the brim clips broken and with one of the light reflectors broken in half. The company will be replacing this broken light free of charge.This item takes a long time to be delivered. I ordered the lights on 22 Nov and they weren't delivered until 24 Dec.

I bought via an affiliate..$3.35...just about right pricing IMO.Instructions for battery placement/insert might be helpful for some. 2- 2032 Lith batteries were loose in the box.Look at the unit ie where batteries go...see a + and a -.Make sure the battery + faces the unit + and the battery - faces the unit -.I like the fact it uses 2032 Lith batteries,...relatively inexpensive (Amazon) and easily available everywhere. Will last for a reasonable period of time..considering the size.I was surprised how bright they are for the size.For the price the unit is ok made. For some, if the compartment door is loose ..add some clear tape.For Caps (not my purpose) the 2 prongs might break off if you pressure too much.I bought this item to put on my E-bike helmet for riding when it gets a bit dark.I will adhere with heavy duty Velcro. I will put the unit upside down due to the push button on/off switch.

The light construction does feel iffy - I'm worried every time I slip it on my cap to go hunting. The clips do feel like they will give at any time (though they have not yet), so I carry tape with me to work around it when it happens.The light is good - each button press takes you through increasing intensity (1 LED, 3 LEDs, 5 LEDs and 5 blinking). It certainly does the job, but for purposes of hunting I think I'd look around. There are just a couple of things I wish for that are not faults of this light, but lessons learned for the purpose: I wish it didn't have a blink mode (annoying destroyer of night vision) and I wish it had a lower brightness setting with a red LED instead. The one LED is pretty bright, and harsh white. Any spot you are using this to situate and then adjust back to darkness, you will have to wait for night vision to come back.

Allow me to share how this item saved my life.I was in an office building looking for top secret documents. Since it was after hours I had the lights on dim so as to not arise suspicion.Despite my best efforts to remain unnoticed, I was spotted. When I was ordered to put my hand on my head, I made the light go to full power and the five LED lights blinded my assailant, giving me able opportunity to punch him in the groin and incapacitate him.Unfortunately I was not out of the clear. While I was making my escape, I found myself cornered by three armed guards. Once again I was ordered to "put 'em up."This time instead of putting my cap light on full power I put it in strobe mode which gave all three of them seizures.I was able to return safely to base with the mission completed.This item will remain part of my spy kit and will go along with me on my next adventure for I know that it saved my life and possibly prevented me from getting raped.

i use a hat light at work all the time. these are not super durable - but for the price you can't get one any better. battery life is great and they don't have a million modes you have to click through... just 2. perfect.

Nach dem Auspacken (einer völlig überdimensionierten Schachtel !) musste ich feststellen das die Abdeckung für das Batteriefach nicht in der verschweißten Produktverpackung war.Beim Einlegen der beiden Knopfzellen fiel der Kontaktstift aus dem Gehäuse !!!Trotz des günstigen Preises ein absolutes Schrottprodukt.Geht leider zurück !
