"Incredible rise, bakery-worthy smell, and makes the lightest donuts!"
We weren't quite sure what to expect switching from our usual Allinson's strong bread flour, but this flour is an absolute game-changer! As you can see from the progression photos, it has a fantastic consistency and blew us away by more than doubling in size after just a 50-minute proof—yielding 20 amazing, incredibly light and fluffy donuts. It arrived packaged securely like any standard flour, and the texture, flavor, and smell were completely on point, instantly making the house smell like a proper bakery the moment it started to prove. While it is a little more expensive per kilo, it is well worth the cost, and my partner and I both agree that its impressive rising power means it will make incredible bread as well. We couldn't be happier with the results so far, and I'll be sure to post an update once we test it out on some pizza dough!

Quality flour at a keen price.
Delivered in gd time thankyou. Excellent flour which we have used regularly for home bread making etc for over 5 years. Quality produce keenly priced which keeps well. Recommend.

Naughty but nice
Beautiful dough with this. You can tell it is different from regular supermarket stuff. But it may give different results to what you expect. It is too strong for my bread machine - have to mix it with others.

I got this bread flour alongside a sour dough starter to make home-made bread. We love sour dough, and to be able to make our own without killing the starter seems ideal! Makes beautiful bread, with a quick rise and tastes simply divine. Fresh off the rack, there’s nothing like warm bread and butter. And at this price, with a long best before date, you can make your own bread whenever you want. Try it, you’re sure to like it!
