We already have brackets mounted to our vehicle. What is the distance (inside to inside) between the bolts? Ours needs to be 1 1/2in.

The distance inside to inside of the bracket that attaches to the mounts or D ring tab on the bumper is 1 &3/16 wide.

Would I be able to tow a 2012 jeep wrangler with a 4.5" lift using a normal height truck? I'm skeptical since the jeep is taller than the trucks rear.

We have a 2011 Jeep wrangler with a lift kit. The TV bumper is much lower than the Jeep bumper. You just get a raised hitch for your truck.

It can be used on other vehicles as long as they have the base plate to hook the tow bar up to. Other companies sell a similar tow bar to this for general use.
