Firm - like balsa wood!
Just believe one thing. When they say this foam is firm, its firm. Like balsa wood!! It should last a huge lot longer than previous "medium firm" product as per furniture makers descriptions.

I purchased this for my recliner which is in good shape but has become increasingly uncomfortable to sit on. This is a nice, semi firm foam. I cover it with a white cotton that will be permanent. After covering the foam I made a washable cover and put it on the foam. I’m quite happy with the results. This foam is flexible enough that my recliner can move into all of its different positions. It was quite easy to roll up and move when I needed to carry it to my chair. This foam has really helped with my comfort.! I recommend this foam for extending the life of tired furniture.

Excellent affordable way to refurbish cushions
Great product to refurbish our outdoor chairs/loveseat. Tips: 1) If you use a straight edge and a sharp utility knife fully extended, you can cut through it pretty easy with a couple passes. 2) Order 1" more than what you need so that puffs up the cushions. 3) ILD firmness. Nobody really gives a good representation on what a 44IPD, 36IPD, etc actually feels like. Here is my tip: 44 IPD - This is VERY firm. When you sit, you will bounce on it. It will last the longest, but it's hard. 36 IPD - Medium firm. When you sit, there is a slight bounce, but you do sink in slightly. We've sat outside for hours on them and they are comfortable. If I could have got it, I think 30IPD would have been more sofa cushion firmness which is what I really wanted, but still happy with 36IPD.

So happy with this foam!!
Very happy with this product. It came quickly and it is just perfect for the kitchen cushions I want to cover. Price is great and it is a great high density foam.

Best value around for dense furniture quality foam
I used this to make new RV seat cushions. The foam cuts super clean and easy if you use an electric knife. No mess and straight edges. The foam feels comfy yet firm to sit on and holds is shape really well. Great product!
