Hard plastic?

Horrible product design! Would probably be fine if it was a soft board with soft nubs but this just hurts to even stand on it. One star - I don't think anyone wants to stand on this!

Needs something to help keep in place

Works GREAT if you have Carpet and is awesome, BUT if you don't and your floor is slippery, you would have to make sure your feet don't slide. Otherwise I LOVE IT.
