This is must have condiment for Asian cooking. You can cook like a pro. I am glad to find it on Amazon. Done I can’t go to Japanese to get it until the Covid restriction is over in Japan.

I’ve been using this seasoning for two years, from soup and stir fry to fried rice, but they’re so hard to come by due to strict import laws. Luckily, not only did I find the seasoning on Amazon, but at a much larger size for a reasonable price, too. I highly recommend it for anyone that’s doing any kind of Asian cooking; it’s the flavor enhancer!

味に関しては問題なくおいしいです。ただ500gと比べると缶がかなり深い形になっているので底のほうまで使うと手を突っ込む形になり下手をすると缶の開け口で手を切って怪我をするので注意です。

Amazonで2度目の購入です。中華の味付けは勿論、朝がゆやおでん、お味噌汁の隠し味と何にでも使えて重宝しています。大きな缶のままでは使いづらいので、スプーンやフォークでこそげ取って、小さな容器に入れ替えて使っています。今年4月の購入時は1,180円+送料で現在の表示価格と同じような値段でした。手に入りにくい商品は高くても仕方がないのですが、1,000円ちょっとの物で400円も違うとよく見比べてから買う方がいいですね。

元々こっちのシャンタンDXが本場で業務用担当、ウェイパーは卸業者のライセンス商品で家庭用担当だったはずなのですが、ケンカ別れした結果別々の商品になった経緯の物です。味に関してはウェイパーの方がちょっと強いというか濃ゆい気がします。この辺は好みでしょう。私自身はシャンタンDX派です。使ったことがない人は両方試してみるべきでしょう。値段的に見れば凄い安くはないですが、ネットで安定してそこそこの値段で入手できるのは無難です。チャーハン、スープ、炒め物等なんにでも使える万能商品です。長持ちもするので常備調味料としては最強の一角だと思っています。
