Just puchased the Union Sport Harz MXSL and I was hoping for a stiff carbon shell (which this has) But with ample padding. This definitely does not have the padding.I cant understand why they can't maje a carbon shell with lots of padding. Some of us like a hard shell with gel and more padding. I was really hoping this had what it takes to be different but they are all worried about weight.If u made a carbon shell but put 8-10 more grams into the padding for us long distance riders we would buy it. Just make a limited supply (like 50). I think u would be supprised at how fast thet would sell
