Nature's Way Alive! Women's 50+ Multivitamin Gummy, Mixed Berry, 130 ct

These vitamins make me really want to take them! They taste great, are easy to chew and I look forward to having them every day. In the past, I've dreaded taking vitamins that are big or smelly or hard to swallow. Not these! They don't taste like vitamins at all, which is a good thing, in my opinion!

I use these vitamins for vale and low cost and they taste good. I think the quis good for the price

I take these vitamins for women that are 50+ years old every morning. I like the taste and I like it that it’s chewable. Really works.

Update: After conducting a review of several articles about multivitamins recommended for people over 50, I bought these vitamins because they were among the top reviewed multivitamins in more than one article. However, when I began writing my original review I couldn't remember for certain if these vitamins were recommended or the more general multivitamins from the same brand were actually recommended instead. After relocating the articles, I found that both these and the more general vitamins were recommended. I bought these vitamins because I read an article about a study (or studies) that found, for individuals who will eventually develop dementia, taking multivitamins daily could potentially delay the onset of dementia symptoms. I generally have a reasonably good diet so I haven't taken vitamins in the past but I also have a family history that includes a lot of dementia so I decided vitamins are worth a try. I read a few reviews of multivitamins and Alive Women's 50+ Gummy Multivitamins was listed as a top vitamin in multiple reviews. I'm not sure if the recommended vitamins were general multivitamins for women over 50 or the ones I chose that supposedly support healthy heart, brain, and bones. I'll try to find the review articles and change to the more general multivitamins if that seems to be the recommended type of Alive Women's 50+ multivitamins. I'll update this review if I change to the more general multivitamin. I don't mind taking pills but I decided gummy vitamins would more fun than pills and I'm glad I made that choice. The recommended dosages is two gummies per day but these gummies are not sticky like most gummy candy and they taste good enough that I often feel like a little kid and want to take more gummies. I ordered a bottle with 150 vitamins. They should last two and a half months, assuming I continue to resist the urge to take a third gummy. The price seems very reasonable for two and a half months of vitamins. I also set up a subscription of these vitamins so I won't have to worry about regularly reordering them. I can't really recommend these vitamins since I just started taking them and I'm not an expert on multivitamins. I can say I'm very happy with these multivitamins at this point.

They changed the consistency and taste-worse. Product is all stuck together and it's difficult to remove them

I like ALIVE multiple vitamins and I heard that if you use gummies, it starts to go into your body before it reaches your stomach. That’s what I’m hoping for. 😊
