These are hands down the best cables I have ever had. The cord quality is amazing and very strong. The connectors are really well made. The color is really nice, it matches my wife's rose gold iPhone 7 perfectly. These are the best quality cable I have ever owned. Difficult to decide how many stars. Customer Service, 5+ stars...product, undecided. I really like these cables: color, length, and price were perfect. The customer service was very good, too. They contacted me after the sale and again when the cables shipped. But, I started to have problems with them just a few months after getting them. First one failed to charge, then about a month later, the other one became undependable - sometimes charged, sometimes didn't. It seemed like the connection at the phone port was loose, or maybe the wiring in the cord at that point. I didn't think about returning them because the hassle for that price didn't seem worth it. I just went back to my old short cable. Surprise! Customer Service emailed me just to see how the product was performing! I took that opportunity to tell them about the product failure, and they immediately offered to replace both cables free of charge. The new cables arrived very quickly, and so far they are working fine. I don't know if they will continue to work well, but I hope so. If there is another problem, I will update this review. However, I have to say again how pro-active and responsive their Customer Service was. Very rare these days. Thank you, Phoebe!

I'm updating my review from below. The company read my review & made contact. They were very apologetic for my issues & immediately sent not one, but Two sets of replacements. So far, so good on the replacements. Due to their customer service & the new cables working well, I'm improving my overall rating."Initially really liked these & their sturdy construction. But after working the 1st time or two, Both of the cables Stopped charging her phone & the phone won't recognize them anymore. To be fair... I really don't know if it's the cables or the iPhone & it's selfishness. If I knew it was the cables, rating would be lower."

I ordered this cable in October of 2017 and here I am in December of 2018 with both of my cords still working perfectly. I haven't had the issues that other people are reporting. I love these cords and are constantly finding my niece and nephews trying to take them. Well worth the money. My only issue? It only comes in pink. I would love to get blue ones for my nephews so they'd stop trying to steal mine.Update: Here I am in December 2019 and these cords are still working! They are starting to kink at the ends from me holding my iPad while I charge it, but still, after two years that's more than I can say for how long the apple cord lasted. I'd buy more for my family if it was still available.

DO NOT BUY! The first charger worked fine for a month and out of the blue stopped working. Literally used the charger twice in the morning and a few hours later when I went to use the charger it did not work at all, a message “this item is not supported” kept popping up. I went to use the second charger and it had a shortage in it on the first use. I am a college student away from home good thing I kept my old charger that I was using before I bought these two. I have a seven plus that’s only about 7 months old so the problem is not my phone it is the chargers. Great deal but HORRIBLE product. DO NOT BUY!!! 👎🏽

It got here in timely manner and it is working so far. Get back with me in a few months and we'll see.Okay I promised to to write a new review on this product if it out lasted anything else I've purchased. I'm glad to report that I am still using the first of the two 10' cords and it has completely surpassed the test of time and usage of even the little short original one by one month.I will put my seal of approval on this one.They could improve it even more if they would make a 90-degree connector plug at the phone end so it won't have to flex and bend when you have use phone while it's charging.This cable also developed an opening in the wires behind the plug that plunges into the phone. It only lasted maybe a month longer than the IPhone cords.

I have had the cords for a few days . I really like that they have a 10' cord handy for bed time as several other reviewers have stated .I did experience very slow charging on my initial use , however I bought a charging port ( 4 plug use ) and now it is charging quickly . I would recommend a charging port . My personal opinion is the reviewers that are experiencing issue with the cord , that it could possibility be the cord plug and not the cord , of course this is My personal experience. I purchased the cords during the lightning deals , I plan on purchasing 3 more sets for My Family for Christmas🎄🎅🏾 !!!! My Family and I all have pink phones so this is a great compliment to Our phones, I really like the color .

I had originally given these cables a very bad review because one of the stopped working after a month. HOWEVER, the manufacturer contacted me directly and immediately replaced the bad cable at no cost. In fact, they sent me a new package of 2 cables. I have to say, that they were extremely apologetic and wanted to be sure I was satisfied. After thinking about it, I realized that mistakes do happen during manufacturing and this probably one of those situations. In any case, the cables are very nice in overall appearance and quality and if my first experience was simply a case of a bad unit and not the norm, then I would recommend these cables.
