Mixed in great with pre-workout, bcaas , flavored waters, powerades, and some juices . If you're going to take it, take it every day. This brand worked great for me. I've felt some delivery about 3 days in. Definitely noticed a difference on day five and six. I had picked up a few more reps and added weight on bench and dead lifts. I'm feeling amazing now. Servings are about to run out. Think I'll be ordering me some more .

While on the pricier side of things for creatine, so far I’ve been very happy with it, and although it says 3rd party tested I would like to know where the creatine is from meaning USA produced or foreign.

This brand of creatine is of high quality and I don't feel sore anymore after working out or when I wake up the following day.

I am by no means a gym nut, but I do like to keep active with hikes, yoga, ect. I just use this as recovery fuel and for that it works great, I was using sports drink mixes with creatine in them but this is a much more affordable option. I can just mix up some fruit juice with this inside for a fraction of the cost and comparable results.
